SWFL Health and Hydration was founded at a time when mobile IV therapy simply didn’t exist in Southwest Florida. Kasey Cook — a Registered Nurse and Licensed Paramedic-Firefighter with over a decade of clinical IV experience — recognized a gap in the market and filled it: bringing the same clinical-grade nutrition therapy used in hospitals directly to people’s homes, hotels, and offices.
What started as a mobile-first vision has grown into Southwest Florida’s most trusted IV therapy practice. We now operate both a full mobile team serving Lee, Collier, and Charlotte Counties, and a dedicated in-office clinic inside Apex Physical Therapy at 7990 Summerlin Lakes Dr., Suite 100, Fort Myers — the only IV therapy provider in SWFL with a formal physical therapy partnership.
Supporting Kasey behind the scenes is his wife, Kati Cook, who keeps the operation running with the same dedication Kasey brings to every client. Kati personally relies on IV therapy to maintain her energy through a demanding work-life balance and family life.

SWFL Health and Hydration was founded by Kasey Cook, a Registered Nurse and Licensed Paramedic-Firefighter with over a decade of IV therapy experience. Kasey founded the company to bring clinical-grade IV therapy to Southwest Florida — at a time when no such mobile service existed in the region. He personally relies on IV therapy for recovery and hydration after intense workouts.
All services are supervised by Dr. Greene, a Board Certified Medical Doctor registered with the Florida Department of Health. Dr. Greene reviews and approves every treatment protocol. Every infusion is administered by a licensed Registered Nurse under Dr. Greene’s physician supervision.

We have since expanded to a dedicated in-office clinic at Apex Physical Therapy, 7990 Summerlin Lakes Dr., Suite 100, Fort Myers, FL 33907.
Every treatment is administered by a licensed Registered Nurse. Founder Kasey Cook is both a Registered Nurse and a Licensed Paramedic-Firefighter. The nursing team brings backgrounds in emergency medicine and critical care. All operate under protocols reviewed by Dr. Greene, our Board Certified Medical Director registered with the Florida Department of Health.
We provide mobile IV therapy throughout Southwest Florida including Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, Sanibel, and surrounding areas in Lee, Collier, and Charlotte Counties.
