SWFL Health and Hydration provides services to clients aged 16 and older. Clients who are minors (under 18 years of age) must have written parental or legal guardian consent before receiving any treatment. This consent must be provided at the time of the appointment. We reserve the right to decline service to any minor who arrives without proper parental authorization.
All IV therapy and wellness services provided by SWFL Health and Hydration are reviewed and approved by a Board Certified Medical Doctor serving as our Medical Director, and are administered by licensed Registered Nurses. Our Medical Director is registered with the Florida Department of Health in accordance with applicable Florida statutes.
SWFL Health and Hydration complies with Florida's physician supervision requirements for IV hydration providers.
